San Francisco :: Take 2

After getting sufficiently intoxicated on our first night in San Francisco, we actually didn't sleep in too late on our second day.  While adjusting to the time difference, we got up most days between 8 and 9 (which is between 11 and 12 east coast time).  By the time we actually got ready and hopped on the public transportation, it was a bit later.  We found a breakfast spot near our first appointment of the day.

We ate our brunch at Sally's.  I got the chilaquiles which were AH-mazing!  Tortilla chips cooked with scrambled eggs with homemade salsa and guac on the side.  D got the huevos, but I liked mine better.  I would definitely recommend this cute little café.

We hung around Sally's for a while since our appointment to tour Anchor Brewing.  We were able to walk around the city while we waited.

The weather was just beautiful in ole San Fran!  No fog; it looked like this for both of our days.  After walking around a bit, we headed over to Anchor Brewing Company for our tour.

I'm going to share more about Anchor for tomorrow's Food & Beer Friday!  I'll tell you this much, a lot of this happened (especially for a tour)...

We ended up at Anchor for so long that we bypassed lunch (which was unfortunate and ended up being a theme throughout our trip).  Before our first blogger meet up of the trip, we headed over for even more beer at City Beer.

And this is where things get really fun!  Claire was sweet enough pick D and I up, and we all made our way over to 21st Amendment.

You didn't think I could leave without having one of my favorite summer beers?  We were too busy chatting and laughing to really take many more pictures.  Claire was so fun and sweet!  Um, she even gave me a couple of books! #win  I am so happy that we were able to make our meet-up happen!

The weather did look so perfect! You really lucked out. Several times that I've been there, the overcast makes it so cold. Glad it worked out. And your breakfast looks sooo good!!
